How it works

The mechanics

I.

Earn XP, daily

Log workouts. Each one's worth XP based on activity, duration, and intensity. A daily cap keeps everyone honest; consistency and variety bonuses reward range.

II.

Claim quests, monthly

First-come, first-served milestone challenges. A century ride. A two-hour run. A 30-day streak. Each one pays out in XP and bragging rights.

III.

Spend XP, strategically

The Ability Shop trades XP for advantages in the final competition. Boost an event. Re-roll a result. Steal points. Save up — or spend bold.
